Keep Your Eye on the Oil Trade

It's late, I'm tired so this will be short. I've mentioned this a few times now the last few days/posts, oil is coming around for a bounce. The US Dollar Index looks like it is ready for a pullback so that will add a little extra fuel to the move-pun intended. Obviously the oversold tension and the short squeeze that it will create for those that get greedy ( and they will be there) will also play a role. My analysis is based more than anything on my 3C indicator that I created using TeleChart. It's been signalling a change so I acted on that signal and I posted some of my trades on the Tagboard (on the right side of the blog, like a real time chat) and the UAUA Puts and LUV Puts I bought today are already at a profit. In fact, the UAUA Puts have already turned into a DOUBLE (200%) IN ONE DAY! I also went with some ETF's short crude and closed all of my DUG. OIH is at the 50% retracement and at a reasonable area to launch a bounce although the 200 day moving average and the 61.8% retracement are both near $185, I suspect that is where we will see them make a stronger stand. My DUG mid $40's target will have to wait for now, OIH is in bounce mode. You can play DIG if you are quick and nimble and especially if you are using and correctly interpreting 3C.

I'm considering adding a service, we've tried these before without a lot of interest so I'd like to hear from you by email if you are interested in getting my key call/trades. For example, when I bought the UAUA Puts today, I'd send out an email being I consider that a key event in the market (reversal of oil) or when I'm getting in and out of DUG or my QQQQ Calls, XLF calls, or when I'm buying the XLF puts for the pullback trade. If you'd be interested in this as a paid service, let me know by email. This takes a lot of extra time on my part and I'd have to see of it is worth doing, but I certainly think whatever the fee, a trade like UAUA today (200% the same day) would certainly make it a worthwhile service.
